CourtWise Moms™ was born from experience — not theory.
I know what it feels like to walk into custody court overwhelmed, anxious, and unsure of what to expect. I know the weight of trying to keep records of everything, the late nights organizing timelines, the discipline required to respond instead of react, and the pressure many parents feel while trying to stay composed and focused on their children.
Over time, I learned that preparation changes everything.
When documentation is organized, communication is thoughtful, and emotions are grounded, parents can move from survival mode into steady preparation.
Most parents are not unprepared because they are incapable — they are unprepared because no one teaches them how to organize information, communicate effectively, and prepare themselves emotionally for the process.
That is why CourtWise Moms™ exists.
I am a mother who has personally navigated high-conflict co-parenting and custody proceedings.
Through that experience, I learned firsthand how important documentation, organization, and thoughtful communication can be when navigating difficult legal processes.
Professionally, I work in operations and compliance leadership roles where structure, documentation systems, process clarity, and disciplined communication are essential.
In addition to my custody journey, I am also in recovery. My clean date is January 3, 2015.
Recovery has taught me accountability, structure, honesty, faith, and the importance of consistent daily effort. These same principles are built into CourtWise Moms™ — structure, clarity, consistency, and support.
